Add 2tbsp of Back To My Roots Yoni Herbs to a saucepan with water make sure you have a lid on the saucepan. 
Bring it to a boil and then turn off the stove and leave to rest/cool for 6-7 minutes ensuring it isn't too hot.
Pour the mixture into a heat proof yoni steam bowl or any other bowl you desire to use for this. Please do bare in mind your vagina will be hovering over this.
Undress from the waist down (remove clothing and underwear from lower half) and either sit comfortably or crouch over the herb mixture. Wrap a towel around your lower half to ensure that the steam isn't just escaping.
If it feels too hot please remove yourself and allow the mixture to cool down a little before returning. It should be a pleasant experience. 
Stay over the steam for 30 minutes at the very least 20 minutes roughly and repeat this process 2 or 3 times monthly with at least a week gap in between before and after your menstrual cycle.
